I love Hartlands. I can't help it. Even though they're highly stylized, they are neat models, and I am particularly fond of the old 11inch/Regal Series and any models that come in decorator colors or a woodcut finish. Most of my Hartlands are boxed up at the moment, but here are a few I've acquired recently.
This is the 11" Saddlebred mold in metallic blue. She is a one of a kind test run from around 1967 that I purchased from a former Hartland collector. She needs some touch ups here and there, but I treasure her.
The 11" ASB in copper produced in 1967 only.
This is the 11" Saddlebred again, this one in glossy Alabaster, also produced in 1967 only.
This is the 11" Quarter horse in metallic blue, made in 1967 only.
The 11" QH again, this time in the rare dark metallic blue (almost gunmetal) Appaloosa. This guy is in rough shape, but I hope to be able to restore him. He was made in 1968 only. This model appears to be a variation in that his blanket extends to his withers. The blanket on the other blue appies I've seen is confined to the top of the rump.
The 11" QH in white, made in 1967 only.
11" QH in buckskin
11" QH in black Appaloosa
The 11" Arab in the very hard to find black and silver/pearl color.
The 11" Arab in bronze. This model may have been meant to be the sorrel model, but this bronze variation of the color seems to be a one of a kind. It was probably made in 1968 and is pictured in Gail Fitch's Hartland book.
The 11" Arab in bright candied-apple red bay produced in 1967.
The 11" Arab in a pretty shaded honey-palomino.
The 11" Arab in alabaster produced in 1967.
The 11" Arab in light golden bay.

The 11" Arab in a greenish-buckskin color complete with the original sticker.

The Polo Pony in metallic blue made in 1967 only.
This is "Cinn," the 2004 Collectors Club Horse in retro "vintage copper."
This is "Hart of Gold", the 2004 Holiday Horse in retro "vintage gold." Only 100 pieces were produced.
A glossy white Hartland Pony from 1967.
This is the 9" Saddlebred in copper sorrel made from 1963-1966.
9" Arab stallion in copper
9" Arab stallion in sorrel
9" Arab stallion in white
9" Arab mare in blue
9" Arab mare in blue. Someone painted her mane and tail black to match her legs, so she's not completely OF, but she looks neat. :-)
9" Arab mare in pearly finish
9" Three Gaiters in Walnut, Cherry, and Ebony
Walnut 3-Gaiters in matte and semi-gloss finish
9" Mustangs in Walnut, Cherry, and Ebony
9" TWHs in Walnut, Cherry, and Ebony. This mold came with 2 mane variations---the mane falling on both sides of the neck and the mane falling only on the left side. These guys are the former.
9" TWHs in Cherry and Ebony. These two are the mane on the left version. I am looking for this mold in Walnut.
The hard to find TB Mare in Ebony. I am looking to acquire her foal. :-)
This is the hard to find 7" Cherry Woodcut Thoroughbred family. They were made in 1965 only, and the molds have never been reused since. (The foal was produced with a smooth body as the TWH foal however.) I am looking to buy this set in Walnut and Ebony Woodcut (foal only).
This is the 7" Cherry Woodcut Saddlebred family (from left to right, mare, foal, and stallion). They were produced from 1965-1967. I am looking to buy this set in Ebony Woodcut.
This is the 7" Walnut Woodcut Saddlebred family (from left to right, mare, foal, and stallion). They were produced from 1965-1967. I am looking to buy this set in Ebony Woodcut.
The 7" TWH family. The mare is bay, the foal is sorrel, and the stallion is palomino.
This is the 6" Ebony Woodcut Arab.
This is the 6" Cherry Woodcut Arab.
This is the 6" Walnut Woodcut Arab.
This is Lady Jewel and Jade, a pair of heavy tenite Arabians sculpted by Kathleen Moody for Hartland. The were produced from 1988-90.

This is Sherif, a resin Arabian stallion sculpted by Linda Lima for Hartland in about 1989. I saw this model and the Paso below at the second Breyerfest in 1991 and wanted them in the worst way. It took me nearly 20 years to finally add them to my collection, and I am so thrilled to own them both now.

This is Elite El Paso, a resin Paso gelding sculpted by Kathleen Moody for Hartland about the same time as the Arab above. This one is custom painted, not OF, but he'll do until I can find an OF. :-)
