To keep me on top of things, I've decided to post
a list of the models I'm working on and their completion status.
I'll try to keep this page updated on a regular basis. This list
is in no particular order. Projected finish dates are subject to
change as I pretty much always underestimate how long it will take
me to paint something.

January 25, 2010: Lots of progress lately, and lots of ponies
heading out of my studio. Ponies for Renee and Linda to go out the
end of this week or as soon as I've beaten this cold into submission.
More coherence when my head unclogs. :-)
August 13, 2009: I'm back from BF and "vacation"
and my painting booth is back in action, so I'll be firing up ye
olde compressor this weekend and continuing the clear out my backlog.
Real updates with pix coming soon!
May 4, 2009: Woot! I have had some serious painting mojo
lately, and I will be shipping *9* horses in the next two days.
Hooray for progress! :-)
April 2, 2009: Chugging right along with orders. I've got
lots done or nearly so, lots to photograph and pack up, and even
a sale horse or two I hope.
January 16, 2009: BRRRRRRR!!!! It has been intensely cold
here this week---about -10 without factoring in the windchill, so
I have delayed shipping a few horses til after this weekend when
the weather is supposed to warm up again. (Kinda sad when 30 degrees
seems warm!) Anyhoo, I am really striving to have most everything
done by the end of this month. :-)
October 30, 2008: I'm getting there, I swear. There are
gaps and empty spots on my shelves now. :-D
August 18, 2008: We have been enjoying some
remarkably fine weather, much cooler and less humid than usual for
this time of year, so I have been making the most of it and painting
every spare moment. I have made a TON of progress over the last
few weeks and shipped a good number of horses lately. My backlog
is visibly dwindling---I have shelf space here and there! I am emailing
pix of all completed pieces before I ship them, so keep an eye on
this list and your email. :-)
July 9, 2008: I did not intend to let so much time pass
between updates. Yikes! My Bell's Palsy is mostly cleared up. I
still have a little slackness in my lower lip, but it isn't too
noticable. I have not finished nearly as many horses this spring
as I had planned to, so to facilitate completing my outstanding
orders, I've closed my books. I am also no longer offering donations
for live shows because it eats up too much time that should be spent
on customers' horses. I just finished my NAN
auction donation horse and now I'm getting ready to spend all
of next week in Lexington. Whoohoo! After NAN and BF, however, I
am going to make a major effort to clear out all of my commissions.
They take up way too much space for one thing, and more importantly,
you have all been waiting so patiently for so long! I want these
ponies back in your hands to enjoy. :-)
February 25, 2008: Between holiday travel, the winter blahs,
and a most aggravating case of Bell's
Palsy, I have not been very productive of late. Thankfully,
I am on the mend. My eye has been good for the last 4 or 5 days,
and I was finally able to do some painting this weekend. Nothing
like *not* being able to paint to make you *want* to paint, desperately!
For the first two weeks with the Bell's, I couldn't do much with
my eye---no painting, no reading, no sewing---I could hardly even
handle watching TV. I am so relieved that the watery, squinty eye
thing has cleared up. Now if the rest of my face would just cooperate.
The right side of my mouth is still slack, so talking, eating, and
drinking are still not pretty. All in good time, hopefully. Anyhoo,
I plan to make the most of this creative roll I'm on and paint,
paint, paint!
